I have many NordicTrack products, but this bench press is awful. For the money payed, it doesn't worth a peny. The gap between parts is huge, you could hurt yourself. Stay away from this bench, poor quality for the pads also. The curved metal doesn't fit with the holes, is like somebody drunk designed this bench.

Broken Bumper
Bench was easy to put together and I like it, but like others experienced, it arrives with both bumpers broken. We'll see how fast Nordic Track can get me parts but I'm not overly hopeful. Will try to rig up a temporary fix in the meantime.

Defective Rubber Bumpers
Experienced the same issue as a previous reviewer. The unit arrived with one rubber bumper (which supports the bench) completely broken off and missing from the packaging altogether. Called to get a replacement and provided photos of the issue. Icon fitness support was nice to work with, but three months later, the replacement part is still in process. Meanwhile, while moving the bench (which is sitting in pieces in my home gym since cannot yet assemble), the second bumper crumbled to pieces. At this point I cannot return to Dick's and am processing a full return with Nordic Track. Save yourself the trouble and pick another product.

Good Product For Price
Recieved this item with both stoppers ripped off, which I just glued back on. Bench seems to be solid.

Poor Manufacturer Quality
Backrest pads are crooked creating a completely uneven surface. Gap between top and bottom pads is well over 3 inches.
