Add your own Bluetooth®-enabled heart rate monitor, and iFIT can automatically change your workout intensity to keep you in a target zone with ActivePulse™. The SpringFlex™ cushioned deck absorbs impact and provides stability to help you push for more in your training. The built-in fan will keep you cool and comfortable during your entire session. And you can plug your phone into the USB-C port to keep it charged no matter how long you’re working out.
