Sent The Wrong Color Twice

I didn’t get the hat that I purchased. I received a bluish gray hat instead of the brown hat that I was supposed to receive, and they sent me a new beanie after I told them that I didn’t receive the one I was supposed to receive, and I received a different one instead so they shipped me out a different one and that was the same one that I received the first time and, they didn’t really have any explanation on what happened or why didn’t receive the Brown one, so I never received the correct
