Received Open Box Item, Twice

I gave these a shot twice. Both times the Oakley box had clearly been opened multiple times, some stickers ripped off, maybe some new ones like a green dot sticker, and some sort of defect on the lens like a scuff or scratch. I had no issue returning these as defective, but it should not have happened twice. My time wasted and not making progress at Dicks for “new” sunglasses, so I bought the same sunglasses elsewhere.
