I bought these to help with playing tennis outdoors during the day. Regular sunglasses make things too dark and no sunglasses make it too bright. These helped so much and solved that issue!

Excellent Golf Sunglasses
Golf lens edition: Excellent golf glasses that make an immediate, noticeable difference in tracking the ball. The darker lens aren’t as dark as my typical sunglasses, but this results in being able to wear them when overcast. In very high sun they still worked well for me, however I wear a baseball cap when I golf. The sunglasses are also good for casual wear off of the course.
