Perfect Life Vest For My Toddler

Way Too Small For 40 Lb. Child
This is supposed to fit children 33-55 lbs. It's way too small for my 4 year old grandson that weighs 40 lbs. I gave it away instead of the hassle of returning it. What a waste of money.
