About This Item

High Performance and Tight Dispersion from Stainless Steel Front

  • Built to improve performance by reducing the amount of side spin on off-center hits, resulting in putts that are closer to the original line, with tighter dispersion, and a greater chance to go in on less-than-perfect strikes. Odyssey achieves this through a 303 stainless steel front section that includes the hosel and face area. The back section of these putters has been finish milled to exact shape and weight, helping to keep the CG forward.

Improved Forgiveness and Improved Roll From Tungsten Front Weights

  • Odyssey has precisely positioned massive amounts of tungsten (up to 120 grams) behind the face in the toe and heel sections of the club head. The CG is moved forward for improved roll, while also increasing inertia to over 5,000 IZZ. It’s an improved level of performance that’s now available in new standard size mallets.

Interchangeable Front Weights

  • Available in 5, 10, 15 and 20 grams these removable weights allow you to dial in your head weight to your exact preference.

WHITE HOT INSERT

  • The popular Odyssey insert is back with the original formulation, feel, sound, and performance.

RED STROKE LAB SHAFT

  • The newest generation of the multi-material Stroke Lab shaft features even better performance. Stroke Lab shafts are consistently played in professional golf with wins across all global Tours.

Immediately Improvements.

Last year I bought a mallet putter to replace my 35 year-old blade. Couldn't get used to it, so I went back to my blade. Last month during a store sale I just picked up this putter (used) and it immediately felt like The One. I traded in the mallet. My average putts in the past five outings has dropped from 37 to 30. Love it.

Odyssey Tech Revolutionized This Blade Putter

I originally was playing the Triple Track Double Wide putter which was a good putter. I really liked the weighting in the head and the ability to line it up with triple track technology. I investigated the Tri Hot 5 K when it came out and was fascinated by the reported advantages - especially the ability to stay on the intended line with tighter dispersion. I’ve always struggled with longer putts. I took the leap and purchased the Tri Hot 5K double wide. When it arrived initially it had two 20 gram steel weights and was far too heavy. I hated how heavy the putter head was and I couldn’t make a short putt because I had to slam the putter face into the ball since the head with installed weights was too heavy. I learned I could purchase a weight kit. Thank God. I bought the two 5 gram weights. Swapped the weights out and then the results have been amazing. I am putting better statistics wise than I ever have. The roll off this face is pure. I am lag putting with very few three putts. The ball does stay on its intended line and have tighter dispersion as advertised. The red stroke lab shaft is stunning and high performing. Consider buying this excellent putter!

Excellent Performance, But Durability Issue.

I absolutely loved my Odyssey 5k TriHot Putter. It had a fantastic feel and helped improve my putting game significantly. However, after a few months of use, I encountered a major issue - the putter snapped in half during a round. I was devastated because I had grown attached to this putter and relied on its performance. The durability seemed questionable given the quality of the build and the reputation of the brand. I'm now in search of a replacement, but I'm hesitant to invest in another Odyssey putter if this is a common occurrence. Has anyone else experienced their Odyssey 5k TriHot Putter snapping in half? I'd love to hear about your experiences and if there are any solutions or insights into preventing this issue in the future.

My End Game Putter

Was in the market for a new putter. Currently gaming a Ping Anser from the 70s. Nothing wrong with it, I putt well with it. But I figured a club that’s 50 years old and the way technology has evolved, why not try out some new putters. Didn’t want to be missing out. After trying about 5-6 putters I kept coming back to the Tri Hot 5K Double Wide. I honestly knew after hitting it the first time, but I wanted to have an open mind hitting other putters. The feel, the weight, the balance, the look at address. Everything about this Putter I love and it just feels so pure coming off the face. Putts hold their line true and the short ones I feel much more confident. Really nice Putter and I’m happy with my purchase.
