I purchased a Putter less than a month ago to celebrate my anniversary. After using it for a few weeks, I was dissatisfied with its performance and requested a refund. Unfortunately, when I visited the store in Jacksonville, they informed me that I could not receive a refund as the putter had been customized. I am greatly disappointed by this policy at Dick’s Sporting Goods, and as a result, I have decided to cancel my Score Card rewards and discontinue my patronage. In the future, I will be seeking golf items from your competitors in the area. I will check in my bank account today and now there’s $321.46 withdrawn from Dick’s Sporting Goods. In other words I got charged twice while trying to exchange this putter In person at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Terrible customer service!
