8 Out Of 10 Bag, Issue With The Top Grips

My first bag did not wear well. One of the slots with the four-way grip tore on away on one corner and was not seated anymore. I asked if they had a replacement piece to put in that slot and they just said return the bag, we will send you a new bag. I received a new bag last week. Of course I love the look of the bag, I love the locking system, I hate the little grips on the top which are too flimsy and do not hold the clubs in their proper position. They should be made of a thicker, sturdier material to keep the club centered. This is a brand new bag and already the clubs kind of lean down I don’t understand why they can’t engineer it better.

1 Year Review!

I bought this bag 1 year ago today. It has been nothing short of fantastic! Loads of pockets for golf balls, range finder, sweater, gloves, beanie, 6 beers, flask, 40oz yeti water bottle and golf towels. Also has a hard pocket on the upper left side that is perfect for sunglasses case. There’s a soft lined valuables pocket that has a little hook clasp that’s perfect for car keys making them easy to find after your round. Cooler pocket is large and does a nice job keeping drinks cold. The silencer system works pretty darn good keeping my clubs from rattling around and mostly prevents bag chatter. Minor complaint: the rubber/silicone top that holds club shafts in place is a bit too soft and clubs slide between gaps. It’s not as sturdy or rigid as the previous silencer cart bag. Which I had for 7 years and it’s top was nearly as perfect at holding clubs as when it was new. I’d recommend this bag especially for those that haven’t experienced the older model silencer cart bag.
