I've Been Waiting On A Replacement Part For A While Now.almost A Year And No Response.no Nothing The Crummy Business

The battery is the issue. It's not the battery itself. It's the cation, holds the battery up into the bike.

Okai Ranger Eb50

Finally I got my Ranger fat tirer. The ride experience is pretty good on different terrains. Have to mention the adjustable front suspension. It makes the off-road experience a blast.

We bought two okai eb50 ranger fat tire ebike, one for me and the other for the wife. We assembled both bikes after watching the instructional video with absolutely no problems. Unfortunately we purchased our bikes in January and we live in the Midwest so we are waiting for better weather to take a long ride but as of today we have ridden around our neighborhood and so far we are extremely happy with our bikes. Needless to say we are very anxious about spring.

Received my new bike last week and could not wait to take it out for a spin. We live in the northeast so February is not the best time to go for a bike ride but this morning was sunny and the snowmobile trail was frozen solid so it was the perfect ride. The eb50 ranger fat tire ebike surpassed all my expectations. It is a blast to ride. I only used Eco mode and it was more than enough. I cannot imagine what the highest assist level will do. I will have to wait for much better weather to test that out. I highly recommend this brand and this model. It arrived promptly, the packaging was environmentally friendly, assembly was easy, and workmanship was high quality. Love the bike.

I purchased the okai eb50 ranger ebike and I'm very impressed with the quality of the bike. I love the look of the fat tires. Looking forward to summer spending more time on the road. Great product!
