The Okuma® Avenger ABF Spinning Reel has been upgraded to utilize a baitfeeding system that allows you to disengage your spinning reel spool and allow the bait to run freely. The baitfeeding system on the Avenger ABF incorporates a secondary micro-adjustable drag system at the rear of the reel that allows for precise adjustment of the spool for bait control.

Great Saltwater Reel

Bought another one a month ago. This is my "go to" reel for surf fishing. Good price point and it holds up really well. The bait-liner feature is very important when you have multiple rods in use. I highly recommend it.

Purchased an Okuma brand reel for the first time. Love it, smooth retrieve, works great!

Cheap Made

I bought this reel less than a month ago and after only catching a few smaller fish with it, the bait runner gears completely fell apart. Seems cheaply made. Would not recommend.
