Advertised Wrong

This ad says it is a dipsey diver rod. When i got the rods it says downrigger on the rod. Big difference between a dipsey rod and a downrigger rod. So it is advertised as the wrong rod

Broke First Day

I bought this rod to replace one that my friend broke in my car door. Never expected this one to break the first day I used it. I thought okuma was a good brand but I'm definitely not buying anything from them after this. The rod snapped in the middle as I set the hook. I was trolling when this happened and don't know how it could have sapped like that. Maybe i got a bad rod but I'm not going to take the chance again.

Good For A Spare Dipsy Rod

Was in stock and I needed a rod. Very bulky and handle is overly large and doesn’t come out of my Canon rod holder very smoothly. Did the job for an emergency rod and was only $40.

Great Dipsey Rod

I have four of these rods, all set up for wire with Twili tips. I run Chinook Divers trolling for trout and salmon on Lake Ontario. Perfect action for what I use them for. Dick's price and fast shipping is hard to beat. Try one or two, you won't be disappointed.
