Great Reels For The Money

I have 4 of these...the 1000, 3000, 4000 and 6000. They're great reels for the money especially as they're almost never at full price. If fishing from shore, these work just fine and should hold up.

These were on sale and I had a $10 bonus box certificate so I decided to give one a try for $29.99 plus tax. Great little reel! SUUUUPER SMOOOOTH! I've only had it a couple of months so I can't attest to durability yet.

I have fished with Okuma reels for my 8 years in FL. The new Stratus 7 I bought is easy to rinse after fishing the beach, the drag can handle all in-shore species
