They don't have amazing support, but they are much better than regular flip flop. They are very solid and seem like they will hold up well with wear. I usually wear a 10, which is the size I ordered, and they are a bit snug. I probably wouldn't have needed the next size up, but they are almost too small.

Nice But A Bit Too Small

It's probably my feet since sometimes I wear a size 7 1/2. They were very comfortable and easy to walk in, with good arch support. Unfortunately I had to return them. I would purchase them again, if they came in 1/2 sizes.
