The G-Vest is the first weighted vest designed to move as you move, enabling you to wear it for any workout. The added weight raises the challenge (and gains) of your workout, but spreading the weight naturally across your body makes it feel lighter than its 10 pounds. The individual G-Spheres are spread close across your torso to distribute the weight, and packed between multiple layers of flexible neoprene.
