Self Laces Have Become Unattached
I’m so disappointed, especially for my grandson! I bought this sneaker as a special gift for him- he loves them. They look so nice and are very comfy. But he hasn’t worn them for more than about 10 days when the elastic self lace closure disattached from the lower eyelets. These come at a substantial cost but are now unwearable after only 10 days. Can someone please reach out to help resolve this issue. I would have liked to attach a pic but it wasn’t possible. Thank you
