Great Cross Trainers

I wouldn’t run miles in these but they’re great for HIIT workouts and circuit training. That said, they’re not the ideal day to day walking shoe. Much more comfortable than the Metcons. Lots of support, comfortable and flat.

Dress Or Casual Gym Shoe

My husband wanted a gym shoe that would look a little more dressy. He is more about being comfortable. These shoes fit the bill. He can wear them with jeans or wear them to church with a pair of dress pants. His only complaint was the wind came through the material and made his feet cold.
