Very Comfortable

On Men's Cloudmonster 2 Running Shoes

My online shopping experience was incredible, but the problem was that the sneakers they sent me were used — it was not a new product. I decided to go to the store in McAllen, TX (where I live), and my in-store experience was horrible. The sales associate who helped me did not understand that this was an “exchange item.” She kept repeating that she could only issue a refund to my card. I told her I did not want to lose my rewards points and my online discounts, but she just kept saying the same thing: that she could refund what I paid. I asked to speak with the manager, and he told me he did know how to process an exchange item, but that the system would not allow it. I then asked if I could exchange the shoes for a different product and keep my rewards and discounts, and he said yes. However, when I went to the shoe area, the employee there, who was very rude, simply told me they didn’t have any men’s size 11 in any model. It’s very strange that they would have nothing in a men’s size 11. I went back home and will send the product back by mail. TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THE STORES! DO NOT SHOP IN-STORE — ONLY BUY ONLINE.

We bought about a month ago and the comfort is amazing. I can stand all day with no pain.

Fantastic Shoe

Purchased for vacation at theme park in Orlando and knew would be lot of walking. Do not exercise regularly and walked 7 miles at park. Feet comfortable all day and no pain day afterwards with feet.

These shoes are super comfy straight out of the box. These are my 3rd pair. Love them!
