Returning latest pair: On cloudpulse - On’s shoes are no longer the quality product they once were. This was to be my 7th pair over the years (I was an early convert to the brand). Now they are poorly made with cheap materials.

Don't Trust On To Ship You Your Shoes! They Are Irresponsible.

I ordered a pair of On Cloudpulse Women's shoes directly from On, as a Christmas present for my daughter. On had the shoes shipped to my daughter at her house and they "delivered" them when no one was home, with delivery driver leaving shoes on front porch in plain view of the street which was just 30-40 feet away. A porch pirate promptly stole the shoes. On says they made a correct delivery to the address, and accepted no responsibility for careless manner of delivery and the fact that my daughter was not home when they dropped off the package. We are out $150 and On says that is not their problem. On has had a dozen "customer service" people tell me there is nothing they can [or will] do.

Squeaky

Second pair different models. Both squeak. I’m 5’10” & 195lbs and after 5 months in on my second pair the sole is coming apart on front of both shoes. They are very squeaky. My first pair I only use in the gym never been wet or seen any type of weather and they squeak as much as my new pair I wear daily. Comfort is still kind of there but for the price simply poor quality. Don’t think I will be purchasing a third pair.
