Love the platform support on the shoe. Unfortunately the heal cushion had a vertical rip which was the failure of my last pair. Experience trying to return to Middletown store was less then unpleasant. Thankfully online return was a seamless experience.

Stain Easily. Waterproof, But Pointless If They Stain Each Time They Get Even Slightly Wet.

Bought these shoes in May. I wear boots most days and have worn them maybe 5-6 times. Each time I wear them new spots show up. I am usually wearing them around town and wanted them for the office but not with how easily they spot. I have tried scrubbing them with dawn but it doesn't get rid of the stains. What's the point of waterproof ? Is it because I did not get them in black?
