Thinest Insole

Bought a new pair of on clouds. Same make and model as my last pair. The insole is almost as thin as a piece of paper!!! I am not very pleased with it! I guess I will have to pull them out and check from now on!

Hurt My Back

I am 200+ lbs and these shoes felt great in the store but killed my back as soon as I started walking in them after work. I have had the shoes less than one month and dicks will not do any refund because I don’t have a box and I wore them outside. Not sure how to tell if a shoe is no good unless you wear it. I have reached out to oncloud but have not heard anything yet. Shoes were purchased July 20th 2025. I will be going back to brooks. Dicks I hope you can do the right thing and make this right.
