This Ridiculous!

can’t believe I have to write this, but here we are. I ordered a pair of On Running shoes from Dick’s Sporting Goods online, and they actually shipped them out with the giant plastic security tag still attached. How does that even happen? Does nobody check orders before sending them out? It’s beyond sloppy — it’s embarrassing for a company of this size. Now instead of enjoying my new shoes, I get to waste my time driving back to the store just so they can fix their mistake. For the price of these shoes, this whole experience feels like a joke. The packaging was careless, and the attention to detail was nonexistent. If this is the kind of “service” Dick’s thinks is acceptable, I honestly don’t know how they expect people to keep shopping here. Shipping out shoes with a security tag on them is amateur hour. Totally unacceptable.

Bought these shoes ahead of a trip and wore them the entire time. Very comfortable.

My son wears these to walk miles every day on a college campus and to work out. They are comfortable. He likes them.
