Loud Squeak From Heal's

Had less then 2 months and i do not wear these every day. Developed a loud squeak coming from the heal area only on both shoes. You can hear me from 20 ft away no joke. Filled a warranty claim and denied. First pair and will be the last!

It’s Achilles Heel Is My Achilles Heel

I really wanted to love these. They are the perfect mix of comfort and responsiveness. If I were a kid, I’d call them my “Go Fast” shoes. Unfortunately, after less than 2 months and about 96 miles, I have to give up on them. They are wearing a hole in my right heel, and somehow I’m wearing a hole in them. No lacing configuration has fixed the problem. Also - they squeak so loudly when they get wet! They’re waterproof shoes. Supposed to get wet! If you don’t like people staring at you as you run by, these aren’t the shoes for you. I guess they’d be great to keep bears away, so the pros/cons of squeaky shoes probably depends on your use case. Anyway- I could live with the squeak, but I can’t live with the raw heel anymore. I’m very frustrated that I have to replace these so soon.

Dick Sent Used Shoes For Full Price

Very disappointed with the Dick’s . I ordered the shoe’s online as a gift at full price and Dick shipped a dirty USED shoe in the box. What kind of company is this??? Here is the picture.
