Bait And Switch

I picked up my order at the store and that was very efficient. The sales rep that handed me the order was very courteous. However when I opened the package at home the color was not what I ordered. Then I realize that the referenced name was not the same. When I tried to exchange it to what I ordered, a different sales rep tried to convince me that it was the same shoe before admitting that it was an older model. So I returned it and bought a different shoe from a different website.
