Shoes Are Squeaking

Like many customers, my shoes started to squeak. I’ve had them for less than 3 months and don’t even wear them daily. On Cloud’s customer service is a total joke and claims this squeaking isn’t a manufacturing or factory defect so they’re refusing to help in any way. Do not buy these shoes unless you want to waste your money on overpriced shoes that won’t last long!

I bought this and was stoked. But they started squeaking unbearably. In both shoes. It is not just a small squeak either very very loud. I can't wear them anymore because it was so bad. Reached out to On Cloud about it and they said squeaking is not in the warranty. I would NOT suggest this shoe.

Great Shoe, Squeaks Make It Unwearbale

I rarely write reviews, and it's almost always for positive purchases, but I had the exact same issue as the reviewer below...the left shoe squeaks with every step. It makes the shoes unwearable. I love everything else about them - size, comfort, look. The left shoe thing has to be a defect in that multiple people have the same issue. The right shoe doesn't squeak at all. I'd buy another pair if they didn't have this defect. BTW I've owned about 15 pairs of ON's over the years and 4 pairs of various Rogers. Sigh.
