Loud Squeaks And No Customer Service

Continuous loud squeak from the midsole area within a week of wearing. Reached out to On customer service and they refused to honor a claim. I’m done with On…overpriced product with poor customer service.

Don't Buy These And Waist Your Money

Looks good but embarasing to wear. I've bought over 30 pairs of On's and these are the worst shoes ive ever owned from them. The first pair i bought started squeeking in both shoes within 3 days of purchase and on the 2nd wear, sounds like the air pocket in the sole is broken. Being a dummy I went the following week to buy a 2nd pair thinking the first one was ust a random issue. After 10 days of wear the 2nd pair started having the same issues. It was so embarasing people at work heard me walking bye and said "You need to buy new shoes" thinking they were years old. To make it worse nobody cares to do anything about it.

Noticeable Squeak In Left Shoe. Do Not Buy

Similar to many of the reviews, I had these shoes for a couple of weeks before a very noticeable squeak came from my left shoe. This seems to be a common issue for many others and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for shoes.

Another Squeaking Review.

I will add yet another review for the unbearable and embarrassing squeaking coming from the left shoe. I’ve only had these shoes for 2 weeks. This is unacceptable for a $130 pair of shoes from a company that generally has a good reputation. It would seem On is aware of the issue and has little to no care this shoe is defective. I rarely write reviews but if I can save at least one person from buying these shoes I’ll be happy.

Shoes Are Squeaking

Like many customers, my shoes started to squeak. I’ve had them for less than 3 months and don’t even wear them daily. On Cloud’s customer service is a total joke and claims this squeaking isn’t a manufacturing or factory defect so they’re refusing to help in any way. Do not buy these shoes unless you want to waste your money on overpriced shoes that won’t last long!
