    Good Workout Shoe

    Bought these a month ago I use them for strength training in the gym. Hard sole wide heel so I have a solid stance for dead lifts I would not use these shoes for walking or running again the sole is very hard not flexible zero foot cushion. Gym use only

    I bought these a few weeks ago and they are so comfortable.

    Narrow

    Love the color and look. Sadly returning they are strangely narrow! Put them on and I would have feet cramp all day from the arch. I have never had to buy wide shoes before.
