Love These
These are my first shoes from this brand and I love them. They have a great cushion inside and are very comfortable. You do have to tie them pretty tight or there is some gapping but it's not too bad. They are also very breathable - great for running or walking. I personally would not use for lifting weights on leg days but would be fine for upper body days.

Solid Shoe Overall
This is my first time purchasing OC. I am typically a Brooks Ghost person. I bought these to use for my cross training/boot camp class and so far so good. I find the shoes comfortable for exercising and supportive when lifting dumbbells. I’m a 8.5 and wish I sized up.
