Quick Delivery Of A Very Comfy Shoe

Ordered shoes and delivered the next day. I found it very odd that there was no tissue paper or cardboard shoe inserts in the shoes. There was also a very tight knot tied in one of the shoelaces. Made me wonder about the return process. At the end of the day, you could tell the shoes were not worn, maybe tried on and returned. They are lightweight and comfortable for walking. I’d just like to note that $150 for sneakers is expensive and I’d expect when ordering from Dicks that they’d take some care to repackage returns appropriately.

Cushion and feel were good but the center arch was so tight that the shoes hurt my feet. There was no way to lose them while keeping the shoes tight.

Disappointed – Received Used Shoes

I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase from Dick’s Sporting Goods. I ordered a brand new pair of shoes online, but what I received was clearly used. The shoes had visible wear on the soles, creases in the material, and even some dirt inside the shoe. It was obvious they had been worn before. I expect better quality control and basic standards from a retailer of this size. Selling used items as new is completely unacceptable. I contacted customer service, but the response was slow and not very helpful. I had to go through extra hassle just to get a return started. This experience has made me seriously reconsider shopping with Dick’s Sporting Goods in the future. If you’re going to sell used products, at least be honest about it. Very disappointed specially because I purchased for a present.
