Someone Worn It.

I received my order today and was extremely disappointed. These are not new shoes—someone has clearly worn them. There is dirt on the soles, noticeable wrinkles near the toe area, and even the shoelaces look worn. I was told they would send me a new pair, but I have to return the old ones either to the store or via FedEx. What’s the point of ordering online if it’s this inconvenient? This is such a hassle!
