Wrong Width & Color Sent Not Once...but Twice!

I ordered these shoes in a medium width, and upon receiving them, they were a wide width & the wrong color. I contacted customer service, and reordered...AGAIN was sent the wrong width & color of shoes. Dicks refunded my purchase price of the 1st pair & gave me a 10% discount to purchase the second pair. Sent both pairs back, and now waiting for a refund for the second returned pair of the WRONG size & color shoes.
