Disappointed

My mom bought a pair came in the right size 8.5 But both fit different one fits like an 8.5 and the other fits wayyy smaller (and is way smaller than the actual 8.5) Highly disappointed to pay $180 will be buy from on cloud for now on.

you sent me shoes that were clearly worn before. Bottoms are dirty and there is blonde hair all over the outside and inside of the shoes!

Bought these about a month ago and so far i love them! My first On Clouds! It took a few times wearing them to "break them in" and now they wear great!! Id recommend these!
