To clarify, this review isn’t about the Novas in general. I’ve had a pair of the first gen Novas, and wore them out from how much I wore them. This review is about the pair I received. I ordered a pair of the Novas in phantom black, and honestly thought I lucked out finding them in the last pair in my size at Dick’s. When I got the shoes, one of the shoelace loops was broken. It also seemed like the shoes had been worn before because there was some discoloration, scuffing, uneven wear, and dirt on the soles of the shoes. I’m still deciding if I want to keep them or return them. It’s a tough call because OnCloud doesn’t make this version of the Novas anymore, it’s hard to find them in phantom black in my size, and I prefer the design of the first gen Novas over second gen. Honestly though, I can’t believe that a store would sell shoes in this condition at full price, especially for this much.
