Do Not Buy

I really wanted to love these shoes, but the quality did not live up to the price. After only a short time of normal wear, they started to fall apart. I reached out to On’s customer service expecting a replacement or at least a fair solution, but they refused to take responsibility. For a brand that markets itself as premium, I expected much better durability — and definitely better customer support. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend these shoes or this company. There are plenty of brands out there with better quality AND better customer care.

I have flat feet and these shoes have worked out perfect. It's light on my feet and conform to my foot. I would be getting a new pair once I wear this one out.

Good, But Slim

Bought these shoes a month ago, I like them, but don't love them. They are slimmer than I thought they'd be, so tight on my feet.

Good Walking Shoes

I like my new shoes. They are lightweight, easy to wear and comfortable for walking, but definitely not the best for running. It’s not enough cushion for me and doesn’t feel like it bounce back the energy as much like the other On Cloud shoes that I own when running. Maybe that’s just me, other runners may have different opinions.

These shoes are so uncomfortable. There is no cushion. My job requires me to stand 8+ hours a day and by the end of my shift my feet hurt something terrible. For the price it’s very disappointing that the shoe is so awful

Not A Fan Of Plastic On The Sides

Wanted to keep these so bad. The plastic, where it ended on the side hurt the bone on the side of my foot. Had to return them. Hoping I can find a pair without plastic on the side.

Disappointing

Was super excited to own my first OnCloud and was very disappointed! Not only do they run small but they also don’t allow for any room! It was really tight towards the top of my foot and I wasn’t able to make it loose due to it fitting like a sock. One shoe was also tighter than the other. Ended up returning them.

Great Shoe- Terrible Fit

These shoes are great I’m sure but they run extremely small. I’ve had the same shoe just a previous generation and they were great. So great I wanted the newer model. But unfortunately I had to cram my feet into these (they were the same size) and then my feet went numb. The shoe is basically a sock with no tongue so it didn’t leave room for anything more than a narrow foot.

My wife always wanted this shoes, I surprised her and she is so happy since, now I’m thinking o getting a pair for myself
