On Clouds

After trying several different styles of On Clouds. I found the Swift 4’s. I have always worn Nike. These have blown me away. Easy to put on and take off without having to tie them. Chasing three littles just got a whole lot easier!!

Not True To Size, Heel Slippage, Please Help

I've had to repurchase these multiple times due to it not fitting true to size I went half a size down and it still was too loose around the heel and only around the heel. How do I fix this if I return and repurchase it would be a whole size down and would likely not fit around the rest of my foot. When I run in these they cause ankle pain I also bought heel protectors for the right foot and it hasnt helped I would really not like to have to return again. The cushioning is great thats why I want to keep purchasing but I cant look past it. Please help.
