Not True To Size, Heel Slippage, Please Help

I've had to repurchase these multiple times due to it not fitting true to size I went half a size down and it still was too loose around the heel and only around the heel. How do I fix this if I return and repurchase it would be a whole size down and would likely not fit around the rest of my foot. When I run in these they cause ankle pain I also bought heel protectors for the right foot and it hasnt helped I would really not like to have to return again. The cushioning is great thats why I want to keep purchasing but I cant look past it. Please help.

Most Comfortable Sneakers I Have Ever Owned

I bought these shoes at rhe recommendation of my Chiropractor and my favorite bar-tender who stands on her feet 12 hours a day. I recently changed jobs and went from sitting behind a desk to standing for 8-10 hours a day. My legs burned with pain until I bought the On Cloud shoes.
