Tried ordering these shoes directly from Oncloud. They ended up sending me a completely different shoe in size 9. I had to jump through hoops sending them pictures, taking them to the drop off location they chose because they wouldn’t refund until they got the shoes back. It took over 2 weeks before they even issues my refund. Once I got the money back I came straight to Dicks to get the shoes I originally ordered. Will always only order through Dicks from now on no matter the brand but especially for Onclouds. Received my shoes in 2 days!!

I’m on my feet all day at work. This pair is firmer than the first pair I have. The heal cup depth is perfect for my particular arch support needs. Light weight and comfortable. But miss the extra cushion/shock absorption between the sole of my foot and the concrete below. Hinge the 4 overall rating. May be able to fix it with a good insert

Got these just for your everyday type of wear, so far they have been pretty good. They feel supportive on my feet only thing is that they feel like you have to break them in a bit bc they do feel narrow towards the front of your foot. I had to size up bc my normal wear felt too tight.
