Initially They Felt Good - Especially The Toe Area - However...

These pickleball sneakers look good, feel good on in the store, but they felt like concrete when I actually wore them to play in. After 3 games, I had to change into my old sneakers because my feet hurt so bad, my toes were numb and the bottomd felt do hard like they were concrete. These also run large.

Feet Never Hurt

I'm an avid pickleball player and play 4-5 times per week for 2-3 hours. I have tried numerous PB shoes and there always seems to be some problem that develops. I saw this Roger Federer brand pop up on my search and thought he must know what he's doing, since he's a top professional tennis player. I purchased my first pair a few months ago and loved them. I recently purchased a second pair to play outdoors. I love them! Sizing wise, I'm usually a 10 but had to go up to an 11.

Love The Look, I Wish The Comfort Was The Same

I love the way these look, the style unfortunately they are not comfortable to wear for long periods of time. A quick 30 minute to our walk around the neighborhood. They’re great anything longer than that on your feet. They’re not comfortable. For the cost, I would’ve expected these to feel like pillows on my feet.

Needs Improvement

The shoes look great; however, the front of the shoes is not wide enough for people who wear wide shoes. As the result, even when the size matched perfectly, the front of the feet feel pitched/pressed, which caused a needle poking sensation on the toes.

Great Shoes For Pickleball

I am so happy to finally decided to spend more than I usually willing to. They are great shoes, very comfortable and look very nice too.

Poor Customer Service

I received a pair of shoes that were used. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service and was treated like a criminal, like I was trying to scam them out of a pair of shoes. They insisted that I send them pictures of the dirty shoes before they could do anything. I said that I couldn't send them with my experience with attaching photos on a n E-mail. After a long argument, they sent a shipping label and put in another order for the shoes. My granddaughter will not have the shoes for the next two tennis matches, I was not offered any discounts for the shoes. I get a lot of " sorry for the mix up" but not taking care of them without a fight.

This was my second pair of shoes from Roger. First ones were great from start to finish. This style took a couple of wears to break them in and get used to the soles - but now that I’ve done that - they are good!
