Onix Malice Edge Guard

I was excited to receive this paddle as a Christmas gift and like it so far. However, I am very disappointed that after only a few uses the edge guard is peeling away. I feel like this is poor quality for the price of the paddle.

Great feel, good power and balance, but you need to offer different weights. I ordered the 14mm thinking it wou be betwee 7.8 - 8.2 ounces and it arrived at 7.5. I am a 4.5 player and this way to light. Now my paddle is full of lead tape. Still, i love the feel.

I've used all the new Malice, Malice DB and Mayhem paddles from Onix. The Malice Open throat paddle provides great control while not sacrificing power. It's got a larger sweet spot on it than the carbon fiber paddles.
