Dare I say I wish there were a larger option? We got the largest 16” option and it’s great to hold a full 12” pizza and some extra slices from a previously started pizza. It would be nice to be able to hold multiple pizzas for serving at a table. I was surprised by how easily the pizza wheel cut significant grooves into the board out of the gate. Great weight and sturdiness to it!

Wonderful Peel
Works great! Little semolina flour and the pizza slides right off! I don’t know how it will do with retrieving the pizza as I feel you may start to see some scorch marks. I still use a metal peel for that.

For The Most Part I
For the most part I am quite happy with the peel. It is slightly heavier than I think would be optimal. The weight comes from being a bit thicker than I think is best for using with the Ooni oven.

Great Quality With Improved Performance Compared To Metal Or Wood Peels
Great product and will help improve your pizza launching skills. Regret not getting it when I first got the oven!
