Love It
I was hesitant to purchase the peel since I already had a wood one. I am very glad I made the purchase. This is definitely the best tool for making awesome pizza.

Perfect Peel
This peel is perfect to use with our new electric ooni pizza oven. It is light weight & easy to maneuver. However, it is relatively large & not the easiest to store. We were worried about dough sticking to the surface & wondered if a wooden peel might work better, but so far it has worked without sticking.

Very Necessary
