A Peel To Match Your Oven

a great delight to add to my arsenal of tools and a great compliment to my pizza oven by Ooni. These pizza are now actually making it all the way in and out in one piece, game changer for my tastebuds and for my pizza making timing.

Pizza Peel

We have only used it once. It should work fine, however, we had trouble with our homemade dough not transferring well onto the pizza stone. Need to research best practices and continue to improve our process.

Thin Floppy Metal With A Short Plastic Handle

The peel feels like it's going to break with even a small pizza on it. The handle is plastic and instantly melts when it gets close to the heat. Unfortunately I would need to pay shipping to return it.

Worth The Investment

Easy & satisfying to use, and tbh don't know how else you'd realistically slip the pizzas in & out. An essential one-off expense that makes the experience all the more enjoyable
