The Pizza Peel Is A

The pizza peel is a great size for my oven. I need some practice sliding the peel under my freshly made pizza. The first few pizzas went from round to football shaped. Like anything else, it will take some practice. Getting the pizza out of the oven is easy.

Had Absolutely No Problems Using

Had absolutely no problems using this, worked perfectly first time. Would advise watching the YouTube instruction videos first.

Love The Peel! Thin And

Love the peel! Thin and easy to get under the pizza, only complaint is we have yet to figure out where/how to store it. . . but it is a must have!

Gift For My Son

My adult son has been looking at pizza oven for awhile I surprised him with one and he has been having a blast making many pizzas. The convenience of using propane is remarkable. The ease of use and how fast the pizza takes to bake is incredible!

Works Great, But Too Big.

It worked fine, but a smaller peel would be easier to handle. Since we make 12" pizzas, we don't need a huge peel. I have ordered a smaller peel. It should arrive soon.

Limited Use And Value

This peel can only be used to place the pizza on the cooking stone and to take it out when ready, but it's really hard to use as a turning peel. As you hit the sides of the oven, the peel gets easily nicked developing sharp uneven edges since the material is aluminum (relatively soft). Given its price and limited usability, I don't recommend this item.

Easy To Use. Good Weight

Easy to use. Good weight and balance. Right size. I prepare the pizza on the peel, then launch it into the oven. I use a smaller peel to rotate and retrieve the pizza.

Not Yet, Sorry.

You guys are making me feel bad, that I haven't used anything Ooni yet. I'm rating it 5 stars based on your reviews. I'm getting closer to making my first pizza. I bought some accessories (may need the gloves. . . ) then I bought the dough balls. I put together the table I bought. Took the oven out of the box. . . I'm making real progress. I need to move it to the backyard and connect the gas line. Then I need to read up some more and we may have something. But all the emails to rate things and how was your first pizza saddens me.

Worked ok. Couldn’t get the pizza to slide off the peel and into the oven Tried lots of flour, cooking spray. Still working on that

Buy Cheaper Elsewhere

Works fine but is absolutely no better than other versions that are a fraction of the price. Nothing unique or special about its craftsmanship. Not nearly worth the price.
