    Good Purchase

    Necessary addition to the ooni oven. Dough tends to stick though, even with flour. We’re trying to figure that out. Good quality though.

    Almost A Disaster!

    This appears to be well made, however it should have been manufactured with an aluminum handle. The plastic handle melted at the the connection to the aluminum tray.

    Works Good, Would Have Preferred A Round Peel.

    The size is perfect, but you have to use A LOT of flour on the actual peef so the pizza doesn't get stuck to it. I would have preferred the round peel rather than the square shape to make it easier to turn the pizza while inside the Ooni, but this one was part of the combo I purchase, either way it's not a deal breaker.

    Must Have

    A must have for the pizza oven, makes it easy to slide pizza on and off the hot plate. Make sure plenty of flour on it so the dough doesn’t get stuck. Semolina flour seems to work best.
