Bought Oven 2024. Gas Burner Went Out 2026.

Uploaded video showing all steps made to clean and fixes recommended by Support. Nothing worked. Now getting runaround to replace part or oven.

The gas burner works great, but the oven does NOT retain heat.

Tried Preheating For 40 Minutes

Tried preheating for 40 minutes at about10 degrees Fahrenheit, would only get to 600 degrees in the oven.

Gas Burner

I love this piece for the pizza oven, as a beginner and learning how to make pizza I prefer the gas attachment so I can have full control of the heat! Definitely worth it if you are learning!
