Gas Burner

Easy to install ,side note gives you opportunity to clean oven . REALLY enjoyed being able to have control over heat . COAL AND WOOD are cool as nostalgic but hard to control heat . This makes it easy but you do maintain ability to switch if the mood hit .

Great Option

Installation and operation was easy. Found it to be far more consistent than wood/charcoal, particularly when doing several pizzas. Very impressed with this addition.

Love It. Cooking With The

Love it. Cooking with the wood is fun and gives the pizza that wood fired taste but when pressed for time, the propane is great. It is an art that takes some time to perfect but I am getting there.

Convenient, But Heats Very Slowly!

The title says it all. This is enormously more convenient than using wood fire (easy to use, low maintenance, etc. ), but heats SO SLOWLY. After 45 minutes running at full blast, my oven was barely hitting 800 F.
