Gas Burner

I love this piece for the pizza oven, as a beginner and learning how to make pizza I prefer the gas attachment so I can have full control of the heat! Definitely worth it if you are learning!

My Mistake…i Thought My Original Burner Had Gone Bad…so I Ordered A New One…it Worked Perfect But So Did My Original Someone In The Family Changed My Infrared Thermometer To Centigrade…i Really Did Not. Need It….

my bad…my infrared thermomter got changed to centrigrade from farenheight …my original was working just fine…. expensive lesson…. drk

Great The First Time Out

Easy to install, easy to light and easy to control.

Works Great

Thought that pizza would not have the same flavors as wood fired, but there was no noticeable difference. Heating was quick and ability to maintain heat between pizzas was beneficial. Need to work on the heat control a bit hotter than wood/charcoal. . Recommenced.
