Learning Curve Is Not Steep!
I expected it would take time to learn the ins and outs of the oven but my first attempt was better than anticipated. Maybe it was thanks to all the videos I watched. I then got an infrared thermometer, which I think is 100% necessary when outside temps where I live vary so much. 20 minutes of preheating can be fine some days but double is necessary on other days. I am very happy with the purchase.

Great Way To Make Pizzas
I've used the Ooni Koda 2 gas six times now. I love it. It's so simple to set up and operate. Very portable and easy to pack up and clean as well. It took some practice getting used to how long to pre-heat the stone (especially for winter) and what dough hydration works best, but after getting here, all the pizzas turn out fantastic. It's a simple product that is well made and does what it says it does. Highly recommend.

Could Be Better
The oven itself works fine; however it is VERY difficult to get the stone out for cleaning. If you lift it up far enough to get a grip on the front edge, it won’t clear the opening, and trying to scoot it out with a finger in the hole in the bottom front is maddening. If the sides of the front opening were straight up a down it would be fine, but they slant inward so the further you lift the stone, the less room you have.

Fails To Get Adequately Hot
I've had trouble getting my oven up to the claimed temperatures. After 30 minutes preheating on full blast it is struggling to hit 800.
