[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ooni Koda 2 Pro is probably the coolest cooking item I’ve gotten. I immediately put it to use with some sourdough crust, fradiavolo sauce, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni and banana peppers. There’s a learning curve for sure but not bad for the first try. The smell while it’s cooking is unreal. There’s something so special about a summer pizza night while having a beverage outside. I can’t wait to make it more of a family tradition. It is much bigger than I had anticipated. Like it looks like a spaceship landed in my backyard kind of big. The box was pretty banged up, the back leg safety button smooshed and loose in the box, scratches on the outside and the stones chipped. So I’d recommend getting it in store instead of shipping if you can. As you can see, the flame is higher in the front than the back to try to offset the temperature difference. I still had to turn the pizza, but it helps for sure. The integrated app is nice too. I purchased the cover, peel, and cast iron grizzler pan which all seem high quality. I can’t wait to try the pan since it makes the pizza oven more versatile, so I can cook meat and veggies in it too. Overall, I’m really impressed!
