These proofing boxes are exactly what you’d expect from an Ooni product: excellent quality. The plastic is solid, thick, and essentially has a non stick surface. The lids fit air tight and the design and shape of the bottom of boxes make for effortless removal of the pizza dough.

Good quality, nice boxes but expensive for what they are. Disappointed that the lids rattle; it would have been nicer if they were a friction fit or had a clip to stop the lids coming off in transit if taking dough somewhere in the boot of a car.
