This peel is so easy to use and I like that it has a long handle, wish I would have ordered one sooner. Pricey but worth every penny if you use your oven often.

An Essential Tool
The oven is too hot to use my "home oven" pizza turning method, using a pair of tongs. (I've been making pizza from scratch since 1978. ) Between the blazing heat of the Ooni 16 and the softness of the dough that approach did not work well. I like the turning peel, seeing a similar tool used at wood fired pizza places for years. I have only used it twice so far but it will be an essential tool.
